You agree that any material downloaded or otherwise access through the use of our web pages is obtained entirely at your own risk and that you will be entirely responsible for any resulting damage to your software of computer system and/or any resulting loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of any such damage.
  4. Should there be any links to websites or other resources operated or provided by third parties, such links are furnished solely for the convenience of the User. The Company shall bear no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any products, services, or content offered, made available, or provided by such third parties. The Company makes no representation or warranty, whether express or implied, as to the availability, accessibility, accuracy, integrity, completeness, timeliness, reliability, or legality of any such third-party websites or resources, nor shall the Company be deemed to endorse or assume any obligation in respect thereof, notwithstanding the inclusion of such links on the Celebrity Fitness Platform.
  5. This Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Condition, including inquiries regarding their existence, validity or termination, which has not been settled amicably shall be referred to and finally resolved with the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (“BANI”) in accordance with The current arbitration rules are Law Number 30 of 1999 concerning Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution, the seat of arbitration shall be Jakarta, Indonesia.
  6. Except where expressively stated to the contract, all content and designs of Platform and Services are protected under the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia relating to Intellectual Property Rights. All rights to the Services and the materials contained within the Platform are owned by Us. We retain and reserve all proprietary rights in and to the content of Our Services. The Platform is provided solely for your personal use, and you hereby acknowledge and agree that the Services, the Platform, and all related names, logos, product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks or service marks owned by Us. Users are not permitted to use any such names or logos in any advertisement, publicity, or other commercial manner without Our prior written consent.
  7. We are NOT a health care or medical provider. The features, functionalities, services and content made available therein, including without limitation any advice, information, workouts, exercises, regimens, nutritional plans, recipes or other materials is provided for general informational purposes only, and do not constitute medical advice.

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion and from time to time, to suspend, cancel, and/or terminate your access to the Platform and/or the Services, or to discontinue or modify the Services therein, in whole or in part, including to alter, remove, or replace any feature or functionality of the Platform, for any reason whatsoever.
